The National Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Association (NFMCPA) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization founded in 2010 by Jan Chambers in Logan, Utah. It is currently the largest national association serving 100,000+ constituents working to support people with fibromyalgia and other chronic pain illnesses.

The NFMCPA is the leading resource for fibromyalgia and chronic pain information and a unified voice representing millions of people with these conditions to the medical community, government agencies and the general public.

The NFMCPA’s website offers a variety of credible, up-to-date resources including online access to the free digital Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain LIFE magazine.
